Lavender essential oil has been used traditionally in aromatherapy for calming to assist with relief of sleeplessness, stress, mild anxiety and PMS symptoms.

Size: 10ml / 0.34fl.oz

Diffuser: For adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. Inhalation :Add up to 6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.

Topical use: Add 2 drops to 10mL carrier oil for massage. Use immediately and discard any unused portion.
